Oatmeal Egg white Muffins


Oatmeal Egg white Muffins
Serving size: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
½- 3/4 c​     Egg whites (4-6each egg whites)
1/2c -3/4c Old Fashion Whole Oats
1/2c​     fruit/berries (other add ins- chocolate cocoa powder, banana, applesauce, pumpkin etc)​
1/2c            greek yogurt (only if it is included in your meal plan)
2 pkt​Stevia (option to use flavored stevia from whole foods)
*Optional to add in cinnamon (can also add pumpkin pie spice if using pumpkin or chopped apples)

Non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Stir all ingredients together until mixed
Lightly spray 4cup pyrex glass dish with cooking spray, or regular muffin tin (1 svg makes 6 little muffins)
Pour muffin mix into dish and bake for 30-40min (if using little muffins cook for 15-20 minutes)

*multiply your serving size by 3 days if you want to make a couple days worth.  Pour it into 3 separate dishes to cook, or put it in any size baking dish and divide cooked portion into 3 days.
